Abstract The understanding and explanation of inflammation-dysplasia-cancer sequence is challenging. gut microbiota an important factor for the intestine wall. changes in bacteria quality and/or quantity (dysbiosis) may begin colon inflammation. This paper reviewed microbiome risk factors which lead to cancer.
